Konaz-CT Lotion is used in the treatment of Dandruff, Dermatitis.
Medicinal Benefits:
Konaz-CT Lotion is primarily used to treat dandruff and dermatitis (scaly patches and red skin on the scalp). Konaz-CT Lotion is composed of two medicines: Ketoconazole (antifungal) and Coal Tar (keratoplastic). Ketoconazole is an antifungal agent that works by preventing the growth of dandruff-causing fungi by preventing them from forming their own protective covering. Coal tar belongs to a class of drugs known as keratoplastic (thickens the keratin layers). It removes dead cells from the skin’s top layer and slows down skin cells' growth. This effect decreases scaling and dryness, thus relieving itching and cracking related to dandruff.

Take the Konaz-CT Lotion as soon as you can but skip the missed dose if it is almost time for your next dose. Do not take two doses at one time.
