Gurugaba-M 100mg Tablet contains Gabapentin and Methylcobalamin. Gabapentin calms overactive nerves and interferes with pain signals travelling through the brain and spine. Methylcobalamin rejuvenates and protects damaged nerve cells by producing a substance called myelin.
