Adlinod 25 Capsule 10's belongs to the group of medicines called immunomodulatory agents. Adlinod 25 Capsule 10's is used to treat multiple myeloma, myelodysplastic syndromes, mantle cell lymphoma, and follicular lymphoma. Adlinod 25 Capsule 10's works by helping the body’s immune system and directly attacks cancer. It stops the development of cancer cells, stops the blood vessels growing in cancer, and stimulates the part of the immune system to attack the cancer cells. Adlinod 25 Capsule 10's kills the abnormal cells in the bone marrow and helps the bone marrow to produce normal blood cells. Adlinod 25 Capsule 10's is used to treat a type of myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) known as deletion 5q MDS, where part of chromosome 5 is missing.

No, it is not safe to father a child while taking Adlinod 25 Capsule 10's. Adlinod 25 Capsule 10's can pass into human semen. During sexual activity with females of reproductive potential, always use effective contraception such as latex or synthetic condom while taking Adlinod 25 Capsule 10's and for at least 4weeks after discontinuing Adlinod 25 Capsule 10's, even if you have undergone a successful vasectomy. Male patients taking Adlinod 25 Capsule 10's must not donate semen whilst taking Adlinod 25 Capsule 10's and for 4weeks after discontinuing Adlinod 25 Capsule 10's.
Patients taking Adlinod 25 Capsule 10's must not donate blood during the treatment with Adlinod 25 Capsule 10's and for 1month after discontinuation of Adlinod 25 Capsule 10's as the donated blood might be given to pregnant women whose foetus should not be exposed to Adlinod 25 Capsule 10's since it causes severe birth defects.
People with multiple myeloma taking Adlinod 25 Capsule 10's may have an increased risk for blood clots in veins, arteries, and lungs. The risk is even higher if you are taking dexamethasone with Adlinod 25 Capsule 10's for treating multiple myeloma. Consult your doctor immediately if you notice symptoms such as shortness of breath, chest pain, and swelling in the legs or arm.
Adlinod 25 Capsule 10's might cause neutropenia (low white blood cells) or thrombocytopenia (low platelets). Blood count should be checked regularly during treatment with Adlinod 25 Capsule 10's.
You should take Adlinod 25 Capsule 10's at the same time every day. You can take the capsules with or without food.

Adlinod 25 Capsule 10's should not be taken during pregnancy as it causes severe birth defects or death to an unborn baby. Use highly effective contraception if you are a woman of childbearing age. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, think you are pregnant or planning for pregnancy.
Avoid breastfeeding while taking Adlinod 25 Capsule 10's as it is unknown if Adlinod 25 Capsule 10's passes into breastmilk.
