I have been getting headaches on and off for the last 2 to 3 months. One doctor advised me to wear glasses, while another suggested a different problem. What could be causing these headaches?

Headaches occurring on and off for 2 to 3 months can happen due to several reasons, such as eye strain, incorrect vision power, stress, migraine, sinus problems, poor sleep, dehydration, anxiety, long screen time, neck muscle tension, or blood pressure changes. If glasses were advised, uncorrected vision problems may be contributing to the pain, especially if headaches worsen during reading, mobile use, or computer work. Different doctors may suspect different causes because headaches can have overlapping symptoms. Paying attention to when the headache starts, how long it lasts, and associated symptoms like nausea, light sensitivity, dizziness, or blurred vision may help identify the reason more clearly. Proper sleep, hydration, regular meals, stress control, and limiting continuous screen exposure may reduce headache frequency. Do eye exercises and take short breaks during screen work to reduce eye strain. Consult your doctor if the headaches become severe, disturb sleep, cause vomiting, weakness, fever, or sudden vision changes.
