I am HLA-B27 positivity and have been experiencing chronic back pain for 10 years, starting at the sacroiliac joint and now involving the cervical and lumbar spine. I get good relief with Etoshine-90 but take it only occasionally due to concerns about long-term side effects. Is it safe to take this medication regularly, and for how long can it be used continuously?
