Primi?on Duphaston 10 mg dose and has three uterine fibroids. Respected, sir or madam I have three uterine fibroids: posterior wall utero cervical junction (85.7*68.9mm), posterior wall fundal right lateral wall (30.9*25.3mm), and my doctor says I will need to continue taking duphaston. I am an MBBS physician and I am four months pregnant. My sonography, blood, and urine results are all normal, but I have been experiencing excruciating lower abdomen discomfort for the past seven days. If you could help me, I would be so grateful.

Your lower abdominal discomfort during pregnancy could be related to uterine fibroids, normal pregnancy changes, or less commonly, complications like infection or placental issues.
It is important you discuss this abdominal pain urgently with your obstetrician to rule out any serious issues and to ensure the fibroids and pregnancy are monitored properly.
Please consult your obstetrician promptly if the pain worsens, is associated with bleeding, fever, or any other concerning symptoms. If you need assistance, Apollo Emergency at 1066 is available.
