I have severe discomfort near my navel. passing feces more frequently than usual. Stool is firm, though occasionally there are signs of blood in it.
Pain near the navel with frequent stools and occasional blood is not normal and needs medical evaluation, as it may be due to Hemorrhoids, Anal fissure, or intestinal inflammation/infection. Avoid straining, drink plenty of water, and take a soft, high-fiber diet; you may use a mild pain reliever like Paracetamol for discomfort. Since blood is present, please consult a doctor promptly for examination and proper treatment, especially if bleeding continues or increases.
