I may have jock itch or ringworm in the groin area. I used Itch Guard and Ring Guard, but they did not help. I also tried eucalyptus oil and some home remedies, with little improvement. Are there any oral antifungal medications that could help treat this infection?

Jock itch typically causes an itchy, red or brown rash in the groin area that may spread to the inner thighs and buttocks, often with dry, scaly skin and sometimes blisters. Ringworm infection usually presents as circular or ring-shaped red, scaly patches with clear centers and slightly raised, bumpy edges, which can itch and spread over time.
Since your previous topical treatments like itch guard and ring guard were ineffective, oral antifungals might be considered. Please consult a dermatologist to get an accurate diagnosis and appropriate prescription-based antifungal therapy.
