I have severe pain behind one eye, only on one side of my head. Pain is relieved temporarily with ibuprofen or paracetamol, but returns after the effect wears off. I also feel a throbbing sensation, and sometimes pain radiates to the neck. What could be the possible causes, and what treatment should I take?
